Rear Admiral Franklin Iwetan O’tseneye Nesiama (Rtd)
He joined the Nigerian Navy in 1962. He graduated from the prestigious Britannia Royal Naval College, England in 1966 as a sub lieutenant and proceeded to Cochin in India for a specialist course in Navigation obtaining a certificate in Astronomical and Ocean navigation. Rear Admiral Nesiama held various Command and Staff appointments in the Navy and Joint Services. These include Commanding Officer of several warships and shore establishments; Director of Personnel Services at the Naval Headquarters; Chief Staff Officer at the Western Naval Command; Commandant Naval College, Port-Harcourt, Director of Naval Faculty, Command and Staff College, Jaji, Kaduna; Deputy Commandant, Command and Staff College, Jaji, Kaduna; Flag Officer, Commanding Western Naval Command, Apapa. He was also the Chief of Naval Plans at the Naval Headquarters, Ministry of Defence, Lagos. He was a member of the Nigerian Delegation to the United Nations Law of the Sea Conference in New York from 1977-1979. He retired honorably from the Nigerian Navy in 1994 with full honours.
Roli Nesiama (Mrs)
She holds a first degree in Economics and a Master degree in International Law and Diplomacy. She has undergone security management training in both Nigeria and the UK. Her wealth of experience working as a Travel Security Consultant to a renowned National Security Service, which ensures her maintaining close relationship with military and Para-military movement personnel both nationally and internationally, adequately places her in the position of an experienced travel security consultant.

Navy Commodore Omatseye Nesiama (Rtd)
He joined the Nigerian Navy in 1984 and got commissioned in 1988. In the course of his military career, he sub-specialized as an Intelligence Officer in 1993 and qualified as an Above Water Warfare (AWW) Specialist in 1998. He graduated with Distinction in Defence and Strategic Studies from the prestigious National Defence University, Beijing, China. He attended the Program on Terrorism and Security Studies at the George C Marshall Institute for International and Security Studies, Germany and graduated as a Counter-Terrorism Fellow in 2007. He is an International Maritime Organisation (IMO) certified Port Facility Security Officer and an EDC Alumni of the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos. Aside of his military and security experiences, he studied at some civil institutions to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Shipping Management and Masters Degree in Transport Management. While in active service, he held several military appointments including: Watch Keeping duties onboard various Nigerian Navy Ships, Instructor, at various Nigerian Navy Schools. Staff Officer Operations at Eastern Fleet Headquarters, Command Intelligence Officer at both the Sea Training and Naval Training Commands. He was also General Staff Officer 1 to Nigeria’s Honourable Minister of Defence, Base Commander, Nigerian Navy Finance and Logistics College, Director of Logistics at the Armed Forces Resettlement Centre, Oshodi-Lagos, Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence, Commander, Nigerian Navy Intelligence Annex, Apapa and Deputy Director, Nigerian Navy Transformation. He was the Director of Physical Training and Sports at the Naval Headquarters and Command Ashore and Sea Training Officer at the Naval Training Command. He retired honorably from the military service with full honours in 2016.
